San Narciso District conducted the actual classroom observation and portfolio annotation for various higher positions.

The San Narciso District recently conducted a comprehensive recruitment process to fill various higher positions in the education sector for both Elementary and High school on March 10-11, 2025. As part of the selection process, teacher applicants participated in demo teaching sessions to showcase their teaching proficiency, classroom management skills, and ability to deliver engaging lessons conducted at San Narciso Elementary School and La Paz Elementary School for the elementary applicants and La Paz National High School and Namatacan National High School for high school applicants. A total of 2 applicants for elementary and 9 applicants for high school has been observed by a panel of school heads and supervisor. The demo teaching focused on innovative teaching approaches and student-centered methodologies. Alongside this, applicants submitted annotated portfolios highlighting their achievements, professional growth, and leadership experiences. These annotations provided valuable insights into their capability to take on leadership roles within the district.

This transparent and objective evaluation aims to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are selected to advance the district’s educational goals. By combining practical teaching demonstrations with a thorough review of professional portfolios, the selection committee can assess candidates’ competencies comprehensively. This initiative reflects the district’s commitment to promoting excellence and fostering effective leadership in schools, ensuring that successful applicants are prepared to guide teachers and students toward academic success and holistic development.
